Image Review Clerk (Part Time)

Located in Renton, WA

Salary: $22.47/hour

 

Position Summary

 

This position is responsible for data entry from pictures of vehicle license plate numbers into the image-processing software application. This position must have an ongoing knowledge of policies/guidelines as directed by management and remain flexible to adjust to other duties based on business needs.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following functions:

       Performs accurate data entry of license plate numbers from images into database.

       Possesses overall knowledge of company/client guidelines for resolution codes to be used on the images viewed.

       Reaches or exceeds daily quotas for number of images processed and within acceptable error rates.

       Performs back-up of call center incoming phone calls per established company standards.

       Assists with customer account maintenance.

       Performs data entry.

       Records individual completed daily work statistics.   Maintains an above average attendance record.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

 

       Data entry experience required.

       Prior customer service or call center experience desired.

       Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).

       Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to operational excellence.

       Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized.  Strong data entry and computer skills.
