Print Floor Technician – Norton, MA

Pay: $20/hour 
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Type: Full-Time

One of our top clients in Norton, MA is seeking a Print Floor Technician to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn a specialized printing process. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and deliver pad printing inks to machines scheduled to run each day

• Electronically document inks released to the production floor

• Learn to set up various pad printing machines to meet job specifications

• Troubleshoot printing issues identified by printers and quality inspectors

• Print sample jobs for the Engineering department

• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including:

  • Printing machines

  • Plasma gas machines

  • Vacuum pumps

  • Air compressors

Qualifications

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Basic computer skills

• Team-oriented mindset

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
