Salary: Up to $21.00 an hour

Join a leading Baldwin, WI manufacturer as a Production Operator. This role involves operating a molding machine and ensuring the quality and packaging of finished products.

You will work $12-\mathbf{hour}\mathbf{shifts}$ on a desirable 2,2,3 Rotating Schedule (offering built-in long weekends).

• Day Shift: 7:00 am – 7:30 pm, $19.00/hr 

• Night Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am, $21.00/hr

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate molding machinery and run production jobs.

• Quality Check: Inspect, trim, and package finished parts; evaluate against standards.

• Perform manual assembly, sorting, labeling, and complete final packaging (WIP and finished goods).

• Complete necessary production documentation.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Basic math and communication skills.

• Ability to follow various instructions (oral, written, visual).

• Comfortable with frequent fast-paced, repetitive motion.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to $50\mathbf{pounds}$ (Medium Work).
