Client Service Representative

Located in Dubuque, IA

Salary: $18.50/hr

Express Employment is seeking candidates for a Client Service Representative position for a company in Dubuque, IA. This person will provide administrative support while promoting quality customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Work directly with clients to keep accounts up to date so they can continue to operate
• Build relationships with clients through friendly interactions, close attention to detail, and efficient execution of requests
• Put together reports to communicate information
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Someone who can multi-task and know how to prioritize their workload
• Building professional relationships with clients
• Someone who can work independently but also work well with a team
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc)

Wage: $18.50/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Type: Evaluation hire
