Salary: $20.00 - $24.00/HR
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:00am
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/HR
Duties:
Perform in-process inspections to monitor product quality during production runs
Conduct final inspections prior to shipment to ensure compliance with specifications
Execute and document first-piece inspections at the start of each job or shift
Complete special inspections as requested by customers or production management
Utilize gauging equipment, perform color matching, and complete quality documentation at job start-up or shift changes
Qualifications:
Understanding of quality systems
Experience with gauging tools and measurement techniques
Basic knowledge of color matching and visual inspection standards
Familiarity with weights and measures
Minimum 2 years of experience in injection molding processes preferred – or strong willingness to learn
Physically able to:
Stand for extended periods
Bend and move throughout the shift
Lift up to 50 lbs
