Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Groundskeeper for a large, well‑maintained property in the Flathead Valley.

Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Flexible options: Full‑time or part‑time (minimum 3 scheduled days per week)

What You’ll Do

• Run weed eaters and other hand‑held equipment
• Spread mulch, maintain flower beds, and assist with planting
• Perform general outdoor labor including raking, clearing downed trees, cutting/splitting wood, and shoveling snow
• Work with small crews of 2–3 team members
• Maintain clean, safe grounds across multiple areas of the property
• Attend daily morning meetings and arrive on time to access the gated property

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work hard outdoors all day
• Dependability, good hygiene, and a presentable appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and property standards

• Frequent bending, lifting, raking, and weed eating
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
