Electrical Assembler - Swing Shift

The Electrical Assembler – Swing Shift is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems according to specifications. This role supports production goals by ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met. It’s a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Assemble electrical components, panels, or subassemblies using schematics and work instructions
• Wire and connect electrical systems following safety and quality standards
• Read and interpret basic electrical diagrams and blueprints
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy and functionality
• Troubleshoot and correct minor wiring or assembly issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures during assembly operations
