Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and well-maintained? We are seeking a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of multiple properties throughout the Bloomington area. This role is ideal for someone with experience in general maintenance who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes ownership of their work.

Job Summary

• Perform light maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
• Change HVAC filters and complete routine preventative maintenance
• Perform garbage disposal and drain maintenance
• Replace light switches, electrical outlets, and fixtures as needed
• Complete basic carpentry repairs and installations
• Assist with landscaping and exterior property upkeep
• Repair and maintain properties to company standards and expectations
• Complete daily paperwork and maintenance documentation
• Return receipts and job-related records at the end of each day
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance while representing the company

Experience Required

• Previous property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or handyman experience preferred
• Experience with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or related trades
• Experience performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments effectively
• Experience using common hand and power tools

Location: Bloomington, IN

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
