This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Serve as the main point of contact between drivers, customers, and internal operations.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure all routes are covered and on schedule.

   

• Monitor routes and make real-time changes or adjustments as needed.

• Provide emergency support when delays or issues occur.

• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, route updates, and driver activity reports.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of dispatch experience within the trucking or transportation industry required.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong typing/data entry skills.

• Must pass drug screening and background check.
