A growing company in Tyler is looking for a Property Manager and a Leasing Agent to join their team. We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services.

Essential Duties:

• Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
• Stand up, greet, qualify, and "close" prospects
• Verify application and process paperwork
• Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining vital customer service
• Assist the manager and assistant manager as needed

Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of apartment industry experience is a preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong sales and leasing skills
• Experience with Yardi is preferred
