CNC Machine Operator

Express Employment on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator to join a local company in South Omaha!

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire
•    Schedule: 1pm-11pm, Monday – Friday 
•    Location:  Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: $20-30/hr

Job Duties:
•    Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
•    Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
•    Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
•    Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired results.
•    Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
•    Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
•    Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
•    Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
•    Ability to use measuring tools and instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
•    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
