Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring production machinery to ensure products meet company standards. You’ll work closely with the production team to maintain smooth operations and meet daily output goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and monitor manufacturing machines

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment

• Keep accurate production records and complete daily logs

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

✅ Experience – 1+ year of recent experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery
✅ Technical Skills – Ability to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and follow detailed instructions
✅ Physical Requirements – Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
✅ Attention to Detail – Commitment to accuracy and quality control
✅ Safety Focus – Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards
✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
