Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Packer to join a Local Company in the Malakoff, TX area.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (Some Weekends Required)

Job Description:

• Packaging:
• Cleaning packaging containers to ensure they are ready for use.
• Lining and padding crates to protect products during transportation.
• Assembling cartons and other packaging materials.
• Product Handling:
• Obtaining and sorting products for packaging.
• Wrapping protective materials around products to prevent damage.
• Regulating the speed of the conveyor to ensure smooth operation.
• Inserting or pouring products into containers as needed.
• Inspection and Quality Control:
• Conducting inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Identifying and reporting any defects or issues with products or packaging.
• Physical Requirements:
• Demonstrating physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and pull for extended periods.
• Handling repetitive tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, stooping, and pulling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
