We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Production Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team! This position involves operating and monitoring CNC machinery and production equipment used in precision manufacturing processes, including lobe grind, mill profile, and machining operations.

Job Duties:

• Operate CNC machines and other production equipment
• Assist with lobe grind and mill profile operations
• Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
• Monitor machine performance and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or related experience required
• Strong mechanical abilities required
• Experience using measurement tools and inspecting parts for accuracy
• Must be able to pass math, reading, and measurement testing
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, and controls
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality control
