Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Support professional to join their team. This is a fast-paced position focused on customer service, order processing, and supporting both customers and internal team members. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong customer relationships while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.
  • Work closely with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide proactive updates regarding order status and shipping information.
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns and identifying effective solutions.
  • Support inside sales efforts and administrative functions as needed.
  • Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and submittals.
  • Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service, inside sales support, administrative support, or related experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Position Details

Position Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
