Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $22.10 - $25.63/HR

Duties:

Set up and operate CNC tube bending machines and manual bending equipment to form stainless steel and carbon steel tubing to specifications.
Produce quality bent tube and pipe components according to blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
Program, adjust, and monitor CNC bending equipment to ensure accurate bends, angles, and dimensions.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, bend layouts, and manufacturing specifications.
Use measuring tools to verify dimensions, bend angles, tolerances, and overall part quality.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.
Assist with assembly operations using hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
Support electromechanical assembly projects involving pneumatic and hydraulic components.
Perform pressure testing and verify finished assemblies meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and quality issues and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating CNC tube bending machines or manual tube benders preferred.
Working knowledge of tube bending processes for stainless steel and carbon steel.
Understanding of CNC machine operation, machine setup, tooling, and production processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Knowledge of assembly tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
Experience with electromechanical assembly, pneumatics, and hydraulics preferred.
Experience performing pressure testing is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, protractors, angle finders, and gauges.
Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, measurements, and geometry calculations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
