PARTS DEPARTMENT CLERK

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Parts Department Clerk for a local appliance company in Fort Myers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can maintain accuracy while managing multiple responsibilities.

Job Duties:

• Data entry and inventory tracking
• Online and phone ordering of parts
• Obtain warranty pre-authorizations
• Receive and process incoming parts shipments
• Open boxes and inspect parts for damage
• Take photos of damaged parts and document findings
• Review, print, and apply inventory stickers and tags
• Assign inventory and scan parts into the inventory system
• Pull parts for technicians and customer orders
• Reconcile paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Check ETA status of parts orders and follow up as needed
• Track missing payments and assist with order resolution
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation on parts and orders
• Ensure all inventory is accurately labeled and accounted for

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
• Ability to organize and manage paperwork accurately
• Previous inventory, warehouse, parts, or administrative experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move parts as needed
