Position Summary
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Employment Specialist to join our team in Mesa. You'll connect qualified job seekers with local employers, guide candidates through the hiring process, and ensure successful placements—primarily within skilled trades and light industrial work settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Match qualified candidates to appropriate job openings
• Partner with local employers to understand their hiring needs
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate job seekers
• Maintain strong, consistent follow-up and communication with candidates and clients by phone and email
• Assist candidates with resume updates and interview preparation
• Administer skill assessments and recommend training when needed
• Monitor job placements and support long-term retention
• Maintain accurate records and manage candidate pipelines
