Brake Press Operator

An attachments company in Dexter, MI, is looking for 2^nd shift brake press operators.

What you’ll be doing as a Brake Press Operator

• Set up and operate heavy-duty brake presses to bend, form, and straighten metal plates and extrusions according to blueprints, production schedules, and work orders.

• Safely load and unload materials and finished products manually or via forklift, and perform routine part prep including cleaning, deburring, grinding, and torching.

•  Inspect all completed components using precision measurement tools to guarantee full compliance with technical specifications.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Brake Press Operator

• 2+ years of experience operating break presses
• Must be able to read blueprints
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
