Salary: $600.00 NET per WEEK

We have an opening for a Lumber Delivery Driver position working at a family-owned plywood and lumber supplier located in Hartselle, AL. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time placement.

 

*** THIS POSITION PAYS $120/DAY (NET); OR $600/WEEK (NET) ***

 

Skills/Qualifications

A valid Driver's License is required (Class D or higher).

A clean driving record (MVR) is required.

Must have previous experience driving a straight/box truck.

Previous building supply and/or warehouse experience is preferred.

Must be capable of working an entire work week on a consistent basis.

Ability to pull and or push a hand truck or pallet jack for product unloading.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to safely drive in adverse weather or road conditions.

Ability to lift 50 lb. unassisted.

Punctuality and dependability.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

Make daily runs to customer locations in North Alabama and South Tennessee.

Pull plywood/lumber orders from warehouse and load materials onto a delivery truck.

Strap-down loads and ensure they are properly secured prior to delivery runs.

Unload orders at delivery sites when necessary.

Help assist warehouse workers when not making deliveries.

Delivery drivers are required to work in the warehouse on Thursdays.
