Title: Die Cutter / Foil Stamp Operator                                               

Type: Full-time, Evaluation-to-Hire

Hours: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6a–2p OR  2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2p–12a. Training is on 1st shift.

Pay: $22-28/hr - Based on experience

Location: De Pere, WI

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Set up, operate, and adjust die cutting and foil stamping equipment
• Review job tickets and production requirements
• Perform make-ready procedures and machine adjustments
• Inspect finished product for quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Maintain production records and a clean, safe work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Work effectively with the production team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• 1+ years machine operating experience in a fast paced, manufacturing environment; preferably die cutting and/or foil stamping
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Experience with machine set up, operations, troubleshooting, and quality control 
• Ability to read and understand measurements
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to read job tickets and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and with a team
