Catering Assistant

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Catering Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our catering operations by assisting with food preparation, setup, and customer service during events. If you have a passion for food service and are eager to help create memorable dining experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties:

• Assist with food preparation and presentation for catered events.

• Set up and break down catering stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests during events.

• Help with inventory management, ensuring all catering supplies are stocked and ready for use.

• Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times.

• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and event spaces.

• Transport food, equipment, and supplies to event locations as needed.

• Assist with post-event cleanup and organizing catering materials for future events.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a bonus.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
