Job Duties

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform quality and timely minor/routine repairs and maintenance in units and throughout property in a safe manner
• General building and grounds maintenance 
• Complete items on Service Requests for units and property
• Perform preventative maintenance in units and throughout property.
• Perform purchasing and inventory control of supplies and parts.
• Perform repairs and maintenance for emergency situations.
• Painting, fixing wall damage, replacing fixtures
• Landscaping duties may also be assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience as an apartment/property maintenance worker is preferred
• Experience with appliance repairs, electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairs required
• HVAC or EPA certification is highly preferred
• Must hold a valid driver's license, be able to pass a drug test and a background check
