We are currently seeking an Order Filler to join a company in Tyler, TX. We are a full-service staffing firm dedicated to connecting talented individuals with companies in East Texas. Our services cover full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. Since we cannot guarantee placement, our services are provided at no cost to you.

Responsibilities:

• Pull orders and verify accuracy to ensure all items match the packing slips.
• Stack, process returns, box books, and prepare mail-outs and catalogs.
• Label books and attach packing slips accurately.
• Assist with taking down and reassembling racks as needed.
• Rotate between departments as required and maintain a flexible approach to tasks.
• Perform lifting tasks of up to 30 lbs and stand on feet for the entire shift.

Requirements:

• Must have a good attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Mechanically inclined and capable of learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, which can be hot in the summer.
• Must be flexible with start times and able to adapt to schedule changes.
• Wear appropriate attire: long walking shorts are acceptable, but no tank tops; closed-toe shoes are required.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
