Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

Shift: Day Shift | Mon-Fri | 6a-4:30p

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on various metal materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Fabricate metal parts using brake press, punch press, saws, grinders, and other shop equipment
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in welding AND fabrication REQUIRED
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Welding certifications are a plus (not required)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MIG welding and Fabrication in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
