The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for understanding consumer behavior and market trends.

Job Description

As a Market Research Representative, you’ll be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to help clients make informed business decisions. You’ll conduct surveys, interviews, and research studies to gather insights about products, services, and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research surveys and collect data through phone, online, or in-person methods

• Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data

• Compile research findings into reports and summaries for management or clients

• Support marketing teams in identifying trends and growth opportunities

• Maintain accurate and organized records of research activities

• Communicate effectively with respondents and team members to ensure quality results

Requirements

✅ Experience – 1–2 years of experience in market research, data collection, or customer service (preferred)
✅ Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
✅ Skills – Strong communication, data entry, and analytical skills
✅ Technical – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics)
✅ Personality – Professional, reliable, and comfortable speaking with diverse audiences
✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
