Plumber

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and related equipment. This position performs a variety of hands-on tasks including fixture installation, system repairs, equipment connections, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Plumbing Installation & Repair

• Install and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, valves, faucets, sinks, and related components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot plumbing systems to ensure proper operation.
• Repair and service pipe systems, vents, and drainage systems.
• Clear clogged lines and address plumbing issues as needed.
• Perform sewer pipe repairs and related maintenance.

Equipment & System Support

• Connect and service water heaters, heating equipment, and related systems.
• Perform safety checks and testing on installed equipment.
• Identify issues and complete necessary repairs.
• Follow applicable safety procedures and work standards.

General Maintenance Support

• Perform minor carpentry, digging, and cleanup duties related to assignments.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Determine required materials and assist with project preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing, maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings, plans, and instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing installation, repairs, or maintenance.
• Familiarity with water systems, heating equipment, and fixtures.
• Experience using hand tools and performing general maintenance tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform hands-on work in various environments.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces.
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment.
