Express Employment Professionals Conway AR  is looking for a Parts Manager. Pay is $17+ based on experience. Position is located in Conway, AR. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm, and every other Saturday 8am - 2pm.

Job Duties

• Ascertains problems and services by listening to customer's clarifying description of problems.
• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment
• Prepares repair orders
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of equipment

 

Requirements

• Working knowledge of small engine parts and mechanical parts is required
• Inventory and Procurement experience
• Previous experience as a service writer, parts specialist or other related field is highly preferred
• Must be courteous and professional at all times
