Job Title: Return Product Processor - RMA
Job Type: Full-time Work 
Location: Mansfield, TX 76063
Pay: $17 hourly 
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Mon-Fri 

Job Responsibilities Include:
 
Under the direction of the RMA Coordinator, the Return Product Processor will support the RMA team in various tasks, including: 

Supporting existing accounts by accurately identifying returned products, entering data into the ERP system, organizing returned materials in the warehouse, and routing items to the appropriate work center. 

Investigating discrepancies, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and upper management. 

Managing paperwork, reports, logs, and records diligently. 

Completing assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner. 

Following up on work, providing updates, and maintaining detailed notes.

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to differentiate between similar items and count accurately. 

Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures. 

Ability to research, analyze data, and understand work instructions. 

Proficiency in computer skills, especially in Excel or databases, is a plus. 

Ability to operate job-related equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. 

Good written, verbal, and telephone communication skills with a customer-focused approach. 

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing workflows. 

Positive attitude, quick learner, and team-oriented mindset. 

Physically fit, able to frequently bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and read small print or differentiate colors accurately. 

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision. 

Empathetic communication skills to guide and instruct effectively.

Additional Requirements: 

Must be able to operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly. 

Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
