Express Employment Professionals is hiring a General Assembly/Operator for a precision manufacturing company in the Flathead Valley. If you want a full‑time schedule packed into three days with excellent shift pay, this weekend shift role is a great fit for mechanically minded workers.
Pay: $20/hr + 11.15% shift differential
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley
Select, position, and secure tools in holders
Position and secure workpieces in fixtures, chucks, or machine tables
Adjust controls to set feeds, speeds, and depth of cut
Operate bench grinders to sharpen tools
Run various machines and equipment beyond standard machine tools
Grind, sand, clean, or polish parts to correct defects or prep for finishing
Ensure all parts meet quality and specification standards
Basic mechanical and metalworking skills
Understanding of firearm operation (preferred)
Ability to use drills, grinders, mills, lathes, and other metalworking tools
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Machine operator experience not required
Must be mechanically inclined with previous metalworking experience
Experience working in stock molds is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Additional metalworking or manufacturing training preferred
Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Three‑day workweek with full‑time hours
Highest shift differential offered
