Job Description

As an Executive Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational excellence, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and quality. You will collaborate closely with department heads to manage schedules, optimize workflow, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams to ensure targets and deadlines are met

• Plan and manage production schedules, inventory, and resource allocation

• Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and continuous improvement initiatives

• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and prepare management reports

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Coordinate cross-functional communication between production, maintenance, and logistics teams

• Develop and mentor team members to enhance performance and professional growth

Requirements

✅ Experience – 5+ years in a production management or manufacturing leadership role
✅ Education – Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
✅ Skills – Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with lean manufacturing, ERP systems, and production planning tools
✅ Communication – Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
