Customer Service Representative 

A manufacturing company in Ann Arbor is looking for a customer service representative. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detailed-oriented.

What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Representative

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and web chats, and collaborate with customers and employees to resolve issues.

• Enter, process, and manage customer orders accurately within the system.

• Generate necessary paperwork and scan documents for secure digital storage.

• Assist with general office and administrative functions as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Service Representative

• 2 years of experience in an office setting
• Quickbooks preferred
• HS Diploma or equivalent

Additional Information for the Customer Service Representative

• $20-242.00 hourly
• Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm**Can be flexible
• Ann Arbor, 48108
