This is a SALES position in addition to recruiting new associates and placing them in positions.  This is heavily client contact based.  You must have have a PROVEN employment record of outside sales, inside sales, door to door sales, or cold calling sales to qualify.  If you don't have this experience, your resume will not be considered.

Skills necessary:

Strong and outgoing personality with an emphasis on urgency and sales

The ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment

Must be extremely detail oriented – quality and precision focused

Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks

Prior staffing experience helpful but not mandatory

Prior sales experience mandatory

Outstanding customer service skills

Ability to work as a team

Typing at a minimum of 40 wpm with excellent spelling and grammar skills absolutely necessary

Computer skills including spreadsheets, the ability to form professional e-mails, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal database

Must be reliable

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Conduct in person and/or telephone interviews with a daily quota

Recruit qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources

Conduct employment verifications and reference checks

Fill job orders in an urgent manner

Determine which associates are the best fit for each job order based on your interview and client needs

Document all interactions with clients and associates

Heavy client contact by phone 

Compensation:

$20.00-$22.00 depending on experience to start with a performance evaluation at 90 days and the ability for an increased hourly wage plus a commission and bonus structure based on performance goals
