This is a SALES position.  This is heavily client contact based.  You must have a PROVEN employment record of outside sales, inside sales, business to business sales, or cold calling sales to qualify.  If you don't have this experience, your resume will not be considered.  Retail sales experience will not be considered.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities


Client Acquisition & Sales

Proactively identify and prospect new client opportunities via phone, email, and CRM outreach
Qualify inbound leads and assess client staffing needs (temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire)
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand workforce challenges and timelines
Present staffing solutions, service offerings, and pricing options to prospective clients
Prepare and deliver client proposals, service agreements, and contracts
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue goals


Account Management & Client Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Regularly check in with clients to anticipate hiring needs and ensure satisfaction
Upsell and cross-sell additional staffing services when appropriate
Resolve client issues by coordinating with recruiting and operations teams


Collaboration with Recruiting Team

Partner closely with recruiters to communicate client requirements, urgency, and expectations
Provide detailed job order intake information (skills, pay rates, schedules, work environment)
Monitor candidate placement progress and communicate updates to clients
Ensure smooth handoff once a placement is made


CRM & Administrative Responsibilities

Accurately document all sales activity, calls, and client notes in the CRM system
Track pipeline activity, job orders, and placement statuses
Maintain organized client and prospect records
Assist with reporting on sales metrics and forecasts


Market Awareness & Business Development

Stay informed on local labor market trends, competitive staffing firms, and industry changes
Identify new business opportunities within assigned industries or territories
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities


Compliance & Professional Standards

Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and compliance requirements
Represent the staffing company professionally and ethically at all times
Maintain confidentiality of client and candidate information

Number of outbound sales calls/emails

Job orders received
Revenue generated
Client retention rate

 

Compensation:

$20.00-$22.00 depending on experience to start with a performance evaluation at 90 days and the ability for an increased hourly wage plus a commission and bonus structure based on performance goals
