Located in Waukegan, IL
Salary: $22-$24/ Hour
Line Setup & Operation: Load programs and set up screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
Technical Troubleshooting: Perform first-line mechanical and software repairs to minimize production downtime.
Maintenance: Conduct preventative maintenance on feeders, nozzles, and internal machine components.
Quality Inspection: Use AOI and X-Ray equipment to verify solder joints and component placement against IPC standards.
Documentation: Monitor material usage and job progress within our ERP system.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in SMT assembly or electronics manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Ability to read schematics, Blueprints, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Knowledge: Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards (certification preferred).
Precision: High attention to detail for handling miniature components (0201, BGA, etc.).
Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
