Position: Production Assistant

Pay: $24/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Kalispell

What You’ll Do

  • Detail vehicles for pre‑wash and ensure final detailing meets high customer‑satisfaction standards
  • Assist with paint prep, disassembly, and general shop tasks
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
  • Support team members with additional duties as assigned
  • Work closely with a shop team—no supervisory responsibilities

  • High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
  • Self‑motivation and strong organizational skills
  • Clean driving record (must be 21+; one speeding ticket okay, no multiple violations)
  • Professional appearance (no shorts or clothing with holes; closed‑toe shoes required)
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a long‑term role

Experience
