We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Corning, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. This position is full-time with regular hours, offering a great work-life balance and competitive pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

Qualifications:
