Located in Greenville, WI

Salary: $18.50/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Pay: $18.50/HR

Duties:

Assist with operating and monitoring production machinery to support manufacturing operations.
Remove finished products from machines and prepare them for the next stage of production.
Sort, collect, and process recyclable metal, plastic, and scrap materials generated during production.
Transport recyclable materials to designated collection and storage areas.
Maintain proper material flow to keep machines running efficiently.
Assist with machine loading, unloading, and basic production support tasks.
Inspect materials for quality and identify any defects or contamination.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, recycling, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
