Job Summary: Forklift Operator / Shipping Associate
Industrial painting manufacturing facility in York is hiring a dependable team member to handle shipping and forklift operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Forklift Operator / Shipping Associate

• Check in product accurately upon arrival
• Load and unload trucks using both sit-down and stand-up forklifts (tight spaces)
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Label outgoing product correctly
• Complete daily paperwork and documentation
• Maintain organization in the shipping area

What You’ll Need: Forklift Operator / Shipping Associate

• Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-moving environment
• Reliable attendance and team mindset

Bonus Experience (Preferred): Forklift Operator / Shipping Associate

• Current or former CDL-A
• Ability to move and back a tractor with a 53’ trailer

• Fast-paced, hands-on role

Pay & Schedule: Forklift Operator / Shipping Associate

• $18.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
