Shipping Clerk

An aviation supplier is seeking a shipping clerk for their Saline location.

What you’ll be doing as a Shipping Clerk

• Coordinate end-to-end outgoing repair shipments, ensuring strict compliance with specialized customer specifications, international customs regulations, and resolving documentation discrepancies.

• Schedule and manage shipments with diverse forwarding agents, accurately provisioning weights, dimensions, and logistics data across multiple courier-specific software and platforms.

• Ensure 100% compliance with FAA ATA-300 packaging requirements by selecting and utilizing appropriate materials tailored to specific unit vulnerabilities.

• Maintain and update the Aircraft on Ground (AOG) database daily to accurately track, disposition, and transition repaired units back into designated stock.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Shipping Clerk

• 1 to 2 years of shipping/receiving experience, using the computer system, creating BOL's and shipping labels
• High School Diploma or GED

• Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4pm
