Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily sales operations, assisting customers, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. You’ll be responsible for driving sales through product knowledge, upselling, and ensuring every customer has a great in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with purchases and product inquiries

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and inventory

Process transactions accurately using POS systems

Restock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are organized and attractive

Handle returns, exchanges, and customer service issues professionally

Requirements
✅ Experience – 1+ year of retail or customer service experience (preferred)
✅ Skills – Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Personality – Friendly, approachable, and motivated by results
✅ Technical – Basic computer and POS system proficiency
✅ Physical – Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
