Position: Receptionist

Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist walk‑in customers with professionalism and care
  • Help customers with billing questions and account updates
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Generate invoices and post payments
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Process cancellations and update policy information
  • Print labels for claims and maintain organized files
  • Manage office supply inventory
  • Scan and organize documents
  • Support Accounts Receivable and general data entry tasks

  • Proficient keyboarding and computer skills

Experience

  • Previous office or customer‑service experience required
  • Comfortable working with phones, computers, and general office equipment
