Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance - Make Ready for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities

• Clean apartments thoroughly after tenant move-outs
• Perform painting and touch-up painting in vacant apartments
• Complete minor maintenance and repair tasks as needed
• Prepare apartments for new tenants
• Maintain cleanliness of property grounds by picking up trash and debris
• Assist with general property upkeep and curb appeal
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic maintenance and repair knowledge
• Experience with apartment make-ready work preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical labor as needed
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
