The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, hands-on warehouse experience, and the ability to oversee daily production operations while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Job Description

As a Production / Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll manage production and warehouse teams to ensure workflow efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. You will coordinate with management, track productivity, and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production and warehouse activities

• Monitor employee performance and ensure productivity targets are met

• Train, coach, and support staff on operational procedures and safety practices

• Maintain accurate inventory and production records

• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and material movement

• Enforce safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operations

Requirements

✅ Experience – 3+ years of experience in warehouse or production supervision
✅ Leadership – Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
✅ Knowledge – Familiarity with logistics, inventory management, and production workflows
✅ Technical Skills – Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
✅ Physical Ability – Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
