Express Employment Professionals – Brooklyn, NY is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media and eCommerce Associate to support a growing retail and online business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, online sales, and brand engagement across multiple eCommerce and social media platforms.

Job Description

As a Social Media and eCommerce Associate, you will manage product listings, create engaging content, and support marketing initiatives that drive online traffic and conversions. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to maintain an active online presence and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update online product listings on Shopify, Amazon, or other eCommerce platforms

• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally

• Analyze sales and social media performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities

• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations

• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all channels

Requirements

✅ Experience – 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or social media management
✅ Education – Degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
✅ Technical Skills – Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
✅ Creativity – Strong eye for visual design and content creation
✅ Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
