B2B Sales Representative

No experience required – Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service training provided! However, we have found that people from a call center, restaurant, or customer service background have a competitive edge and work particularly well in this position.

Responsibilities:

✅ Face-to-face sales and marketing presentations
✅ Answering questions, offering guidance, and relating to customers' hiring challenges
✅ Closing sales and registering new customers for staffing services

We Are Looking For:

Although a background in B2B sales is a plus, it isn’t necessary. If you have the following attributes, you will be perfect:
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to talk to people from all walks of life
✔ Eager to learn and grow along with the team
✔ Responsible and accountable work ethic
✔ Ability to work independently or with the team as required

Requirements:

✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance, ensuring a commute time of 60 minutes or less.
✅ References – Candidates must provide two verifiable supervisor references from previous positions.
✅ Work History – A stable employment record with consistent work experience in related roles is required.
