Bookkeeper - $25.00

Located in Mount Vernon, WA

Our client, a respected CPA firm, is seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, client‑service‑focused environment and enjoys working with multiple small‑to‑mid‑sized businesses.

What you get to do:

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple client accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month‑end close
• Support CPAs with financial reporting and year‑end preparation
• Communicate with clients to gather documentation and resolve discrepancies

What you need to be successful:

• Bookkeeping experience
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) and Excel
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client files and deadlines

Pay: $25.00

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
