Position: Blind Installer

Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional later days + rare weekend meeting)
Location: Based in Bigfork, traveling throughout the Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

• Start each morning at the shop in Bigfork to review your scheduled installs
• Load, organize, and prepare materials for 4–8 installation jobs per day
• Travel throughout the Flathead Valley—from Eureka to Ronan—to complete installs
• Professionally install blinds, shades, shutters, and other custom window treatments
• Teach customers how to use and care for their new products
• Use hand tools, a screw gun, and a tape measure with confidence
• Learn simple programming for automated shades using a tablet
• Follow up on incomplete installs and communicate with vendors as needed
• Keep a clean, organized schedule and maintain daily/weekly task lists
• Represent the company professionally in customer homes

What You Bring

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple jobs per day
• Comfort using hand tools and basic technology
• Willingness to learn programming for automated shades
• Not afraid of heights—ladders and lifts are part of the job
• Clean MVR and professional appearance (uniforms provided; tattoos must be covered; no face piercings; non‑smokers preferred due to entering customer homes)
• A polished, respectful presence—this is a customer‑facing role

• Active, on‑your‑feet work
• Regular ladder use; lifts once hired on
• Travel throughout the valley daily
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver window treatment materials
