Industrial Sewing Machine Operator

Pay: starting at $18.05 per hour

We're seeking a dependable Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating industrial sewing equipment to assemble textile products while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines, including lockstitch, overlock, and serger machines.
• Follow work instructions, samples, and production specifications.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality defects.
• Perform routine machine maintenance such as threading, bobbin changes, and cleaning.
• Accurately record production and quality information.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous industrial sewing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
