Water Wash Technician - $17.50

Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon is partnering with a highly respected, 100% employee‑owned electronics manufacturer known for its precision, innovation, and strong team culture. As part of their continued growth, they’re seeking a detail‑oriented Water Wash Technician to join their production team. What you get to do:

• Read and understand assembly documentation
• Safely set up and operate Water Wash machine
• Remove flex mask from PWA’s after wave solder
• Break out or file boards as needed
• Inspect PWA’s to IPC standards
• Monitor water quality
• Document required information promptly and accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Inventory supplies and advise supervisor of needs
• Work one Sunday per month to perform required machine maintenance
• Follow company and department safety and operating policies and procedures
• Follow ISO 9001 standards and requirements

Possible Job Functions:

• Assist Flow Solder Operator when needed
• Replace Water Wash recirculation tanks
• Perform any other assigned duties on an as needed basis

What you need to be successful:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent attendance
• Good eye sight, able to distinguish between the full range of colors on the color spectrum to work with electronic components, wires and equipment.
• Able to speak, read, write and understand English well
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM

Pay: $17.50
