Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Conformal Coat Spray Operator on behalf of our well-established contract electronics manufacturer client. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with electronics manufacturing experience who take pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

The Conformal Coat Spray Operator is responsible for applying protective conformal coatings to printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) according to customer specifications, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in protecting electronic assemblies from environmental conditions and ensuring product reliability.

What you get to do:

• Ability to carefully and concisely apply masking materials, i.e. tape, liquid latex and masking boots per engineering drawings and picture masking aids
• Remove masking materials
• Responsible for conformance to ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and requirements

What you need to be successful:

• Understand the masking requirements per PRD-19-WI0199, “Conformal Coat Masking Work Instructions”
• Maintain a clean and neat work area
• Follow company and department safety and perpetrating policies and procedures

Pay: $17.50

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM
